Quality & Warranty

Quality & Warranty

Built for Real Training.

Quality is built into every stage of our manufacturing process — from material selection and production to testing, inspection, and after-sales support.

Our Quality Philosophy

Quality Starts Before Production.

Boxing and training equipment is exposed to repeated impact, friction, pressure, and movement. Product quality therefore depends not only on appearance, but also on materials, construction, structural strength, comfort, and durability.

We evaluate these factors throughout the product development and manufacturing process rather than relying only on final inspection.

Our goal is simple: to deliver products that are suitable for real-world training and consistent with the specifications agreed with our customers.

Quality Principles

Three Foundations of Quality

We focus on the factors that directly influence product performance and service life.

01

Materials

Material selection directly affects durability, comfort, protection, appearance, and overall product performance.

02

Manufacturing

Cutting, stitching, filling, forming, reinforcement, bonding, and finishing must all meet the required production specifications.

03

Testing

Products are evaluated through inspection and practical testing to identify potential issues before mass production and shipment.

Material Selection

The Right Material for the Right Application

Different products require different materials. A boxing glove, protective equipment, heavy bag, and training mat have different performance requirements.

Depending on the product and application, we work with materials including PU, microfiber leather, genuine leather, foam, fabric, and other materials suitable for the intended use.

Durability Resistance to repeated use, friction, and impact.
Comfort Material characteristics that influence the user's training experience.
Protection Appropriate padding and material characteristics for the intended training application.
Appearance Surface finish, texture, color, and overall product presentation.
Manufacturing Quality Control

Quality Is Controlled During Production

Different products require different manufacturing processes, but every production stage requires attention to detail and process consistency.

Boxing Gloves & Protective Equipment

Production quality is controlled throughout the cutting, stitching, filling, forming, and finishing processes.

  • Material inspection
  • Pattern and cutting accuracy
  • Stitching and construction
  • Filling material and distribution
  • Product forming
  • Final inspection

Heavy Bags & Training Mats

Structural integrity and long-term usability are key considerations throughout manufacturing.

  • Material inspection
  • Cutting and assembly
  • Structural reinforcement
  • Internal filling
  • Sealing and finishing
  • Functional testing
Product Testing

Tested Beyond Appearance.

A product can look good and still perform poorly. That is why product evaluation considers both appearance and practical performance.

01

Construction

Check stitching, assembly, reinforcement, filling, and structural details.

02

Comfort

Evaluate fit, padding, materials, flexibility, and user experience.

03

Performance

Evaluate how the product performs under its intended training application.

04

Final Inspection

Inspect finished products before they are approved for shipment.

Practical Testing

Designed for Real Training.

Product development does not stop after a prototype is manufactured. Products are evaluated through practical use to identify areas that may not be visible during a standard factory inspection.

Our factory负责人 has a professional boxing background, providing practical insight into how boxing equipment is used and where product details can affect the training experience.

When appropriate, prototypes and products can also be tested in boxing gyms, where coaches and actual users can provide practical feedback.

Feedback → Improvement → Validation Practical feedback is used to refine product materials, construction, functionality, and overall user experience.
OEM / ODM Quality Management

Quality Starts With Clear Specifications

For customized projects, quality requirements are established together with the product specifications before mass production.

Specification Confirmation

Confirm materials, dimensions, construction, appearance, packaging, and other key requirements before production.

Sample Approval

Prototype or pre-production samples can be reviewed and approved before moving into mass production.

Production Consistency

Approved product specifications provide the reference for subsequent manufacturing and quality inspection.
